February 4, 2002 Containers America Members Reorganize   The Executive Committee of Containers America LLC announced today the resignation of two of its members, Trilla Steel Drum Corporation and Nesco Container Corporation. The Executive Committee stated that Containers America remains committed to serving the needs of its customers, will continue to provide uninterrupted service to its customers, and reiterated its continuing strong commitment to Containers America. The Executive Committee consists of Ernie Beardsley of North Coast Container Corp., Bob Bradford of General Steel Drum Corporation, Doug Brooks of CP Louisiana, Inc., and Dan Miller of Russell-Stanley Holdings, Inc.
